Since some of us decided to return their iPads back to Apple, what is Apple going to do with them, resell in after repackage or refurbish it for warranty service?

Either sell them as refurbished units online or use them as replacements for warranty service.

Apple will put a new outer case and screen on them and they will become warranty replacements. White box refurbs.

They end up where the lost socks go. Taking one back is the same as sticking it in the dryer. :D

Go to the AT&T website and look at the 'refurbished' iPhones available. That's where the returned iPads will end up....

No they won't because AT&T doesn't sell iPads, especially not Wi-Fi only ones.
