iPad Where are the separate Emoji / Globe keys on iPadOS?

Apple advertises separate emoji and globe keys on the iPadOS keyboard, when multiple keyboard languages are activated:

I have English, German and Emoji activated but just can’t seem to find the separate keys on my keyboard. I always get a globe, as it was in iOS 12. iPad Pro 12.9” (2018), fresh install of iPadOS 13.2.3 (did not restore from backup).

Am I doing something wrong?

No you're not doing anything wrong...
I also have this "problem"...

Looks like iPadOS doesnt have separate emoji button, though it could fit in one of the number (123) buttons.
Oh well, Apple is not up to their league this year!

For real?! Wow that's incredible. I was desperately looking forward to this feature. 🙁

Maybe on iOS 13.3 (beta)?

I think i was most excited for iOS 13 just for this feature...
