Where are the store displays?!

Remember a month ago when there was confirmation of 3'x7' iPhone display in AT&T stores "coming soon" and they were already being set up? Well where are they? I've been to 3 or 4 stores in my area lately and still nothing but orange signs turning blue. Has anybody gone to any AT&T store lately and seen any major transitions?

Maybe I made my last post too early. Now my store is almost all blue for AT&T and two iPhone posters. Now, with 10 days and 13 minutes to launch, what are your stores like and are there any signs of iPhone displays coming soon?

I havnt been to my local Cingular store in a month or two, then it was called Cingular, I'm sure they have switched to AT&T by now.

They'll be up on June 29, most likely.

They are going to put them up between 4:30 and 6pm on the 29th, when the store is closed....supposedly.

I was going to start a thread about this.
I went to an Apple store near me (Annapolis Mall, Maryland) this past Saturday, and there was not ONE display/poster about the iPhone!!

I was shocked. When I looked at the iMacs, I saw they had a little webpage(?) that you could click on that would bring up the Apple/iPhone site, but that was it.

Strange.

I hate to break it to you, but 3 stores down here that are getting the iPhone has ads up for it, so if they dont have ads up now, they arent getting the iphone.

It's an Apple store, they're getting the iPhone. All Apple stores are getting the iPhone. They're just slow getting up the marketing materials.

Or they could be barking up the wrong tree at a non-corporate owned Cingular.

i don't know about that...i visited two apple stores in maryland..and they both said they were getting them and had no signs up...i did see the ad on the computers...how could it be possible that three out five that are known that don't have signs up aren't going to have them....

That's been there since January or February.
