Two possibilities:Seems interesting that there are many ebay sellers selling geniune Apple bumpers in large quantities. I wonder how they are getting hold of them.
Please pay attention guys before you purchase.

Are folks claiming that the ones shown in the Apple retail packaging are in fact knock offs? I'm interested in specifically those. Orders were restricted when these were available so it's still a mystery as to how folks get their hands on so many so soon.
Probably the same way you can buy "real Gillette shaving cartridges" in their original packages for next to nothing on eBay. They are probably counterfeit.I would presume they just bought a lot while they were available. I don't see any other ways.
Links? Because I've seen hundreds of them, but they're all knockoffs.
Doesn't take much to fake a package. So, the ones on Ebay that are feature in the original Apple packaging often quoted with the actual Apple model number are in fact knockoffs?

They bought them when they were available and announced as going to be unavilable soon.
Agreed but what proof is there that they are actually fakes then?
Granted it's a pretty easy thing to fake for sure I'm just not convinced that anybody's actually done it.
