Where can I buy a Apple Store gift card (not itunes)?

I'm wondering if there are any retail stores other than Apple that sell apple store gift cards. Or if there is a place I can buy it online with PayPal because that's the only money I can use to buy things online. Can someone help?

You can find them on e-bay.

Edit: As mentioned by alphaod, there are risks associated with purchasing from a 3rd party. If you do attempt to purchase from ebay, realize that you take on all risk that Paypal/ebay do not take on.

On Ebay you may get one and then find out it's invalidated because it was bought with a stolen card.
