Where can I buy an Apple leather 13 Pro case?

The only place I can find it is the Apple Store, I'm not keen on paying $60.

Any places in the US (I am not from there, but can ask a mate) where I can buy one cheaper?

Any leather alternatives which fit as well as Apple Leather case and are as slim (most are not, e.g. Nomad).
