Where can I find a Case-mate Tough Case?

For those of you who have this case, where did you buy it? They are completely out at Case-mate.com. None to be found at Amazon or Best Buy. I will be dropping buy AT&T today but I'm not sure they carry them. I'm currently using a iFrogz Luxe and am not happy with it. I need something better. Thanks!
