Where can I find old software for OS 7.5.5?

I've recently started using OS 7.5.5 on my iPod Touch. The System folder that I'm using only has MacPaint, MacDraw, and SimpleText on it for applications.

Where can I find more? If they aren't already in a .dsk file, how can I add them to one?

I'd appreciate any info!
