iPad Pro Where can I find out about the iOS 13 iPP changes?

I was on a cruise, and have not had access to anything - watched a couple of the videos from the main page, but I mostly saw phone/general info there.

Is there a shorter video somewhere that shows how iOS 13 will affect the pro?
