i want to purchase an Iphone 4 fully unlocked so.. if a new iOS version comes out.. i just have to update it and then its Still unlocked...

Where can i get an iphone that is fully unlocked? exept Ebay...

UK apple stores sell factory unlocked iPhone 4's.

Canadian apple stores will also be selling factory unlocked iPhone 4's...
