I've tried uptodown.com but it just downloads an installer that installs the latest version of Spotify. Upgrading my OSX isn't an option because a lot of software I use requires an older OSX.

Where can I get old Spotify dmg versions for OSX 10.13?

I'm pretty sure Spotify has always been a "web-installer", there is an archived version of the installer which acts in the same way: https://web.archive.org/web/20130122103629/http://download.spotify.com/SpotifyInstaller.zip
