The range from getting started with iOS development to adding 3D Touch into an app is quite big.

Many video learning sites have been waiting for Swift changes to slow down a bit (see Lynda, Pluralsight etc).
Simon Allardice has done some beginner Swift tutorials at Lynda and his new ones will be out at some point soon with Pluralsight barring any big changes to Swift.

Places like raywenderlich.com have tutorials on most aspects including 3D Touch if there are specific things you want to check out.

In terms of books - again some have been delayed whilst Swift had been changing - the Big Nerd Ranch Swift revamp of their iOS Debelopment book will be coming some point soon (current version is ObjC).
There are some Swift books out there already.

    much thanks for reply !

the 3d touch is an example.

my question is , what resource i should learn after read the apple "Getting Started" ?

in the apple resources , i can't find a good resource and step by step resource , i'm very confounded.

    thanks.

Depends what you want to do. If you have a specific goal in mind work out what things you need to learn about. Break it down into parts and then tackle each part. There are developer resources for each part of iOS - learning how to use Apple developer documentation will help.
Lynda.com has a free week trial if you want to check that out.
