Aside from online websites? Are there any stores (pref. in NYC) that will buy my iPhone from me

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_1_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7E18 Safari/528.16)

I'd do what was posted above. Either sell it locally, or sell it via Craigslist.

Really? This is an actual legit question? Do you live in a bubble locked away from the world? Just wondering.... I say go CL or E-bay.

Craigslist or eBay are the two most viable options.

Craigslist - deal in cash and in person only, limited audience
eBay - larger audience, have to pay fees

I've sold iPods to gazelle and was really satisfied with them. I think what they're offering for the 3GS is really decent. That's probably what I will do with mine if I choose to sell it.

I saw a CEX in New York. At home, If I want to sell a phone quickly, I usually go to the CEX in Ilford. They usually give fairly good prices, so maybe have a look there too. *Chcked on Google - There one on 840 8th Avenue, 71 Broadway and 657 Broadway(don't know the cross streets).
