Hi I have an unused software license from one of those bundle programs. I would like to trade it for another program. Is anyone aware of a website where I can do this at? The program is DevonThink Personal edition. I already had DevonThink pro office. I would like to trade for a copy of launchbar or something else that is interesting.

where can I trade an unused software license?

You might be able to sell it on ebay and buy a different software package. Assuming you look up legality of doing so.
