Was it fair to cut the apple remote control/ some 19 $ extra/

  • Absolutely, yes. I don't hink it adds any "premium" to the machine.

They cut the :apple: remote with all new MBP and Macbook models , that's not something you haven't noticed yet . BUT
Have you seen this page??

http://www.apple.com/getamac/whichmac.html

<just scroll a bit>

What about the line : "On Every Mac" : "Front Row + Apple Remote" ????

I'll whine about the nice remote we've lost :cool: Does anyone want to join ?

huh

and i just wish we also get one inclusive , not just for free :(
Good for this guy .. If i was buying today , i guess , i'll try to get one as well , but i'm in the "waiters boat" for montevina..till July .:rolleyes:

I've never had to use the Apple Remote with my MacBooks and really don't see any instance where I would. I know it can come in handy if connected to a large screen TV, but, personally, I've never done it and never will.

On the other hand, I love using it with my Mac Pro and 30" monitor! :D

Knowing this already when I ordered a MacBook this morning, I tried ordering a remote with my Mac but it would have delayed it a few days. Really, I don't care all that much because I already have two remotes sitting here from my MBP and iMac.
