Where did you buy your slim combo keyboard?

I ordered my first one, with my iPad Pro, from Apple's website. After swapping it out for the Apple Smart Keyboard, I tried it again. I picked the second one up at an Apple brick & mortar. The mall store said only the black version will be carried in stores. The online store has it in blue, as well.
I pre-ordered the 10.5" Black Logitech Slim Combo right from the Logitech website, nearly a month ago.
My credit card has not been charged, and I have not received it yet. The Logitech website looks like it "fulfills" orders through a 3rd party called "Digital River" which has very scant details about my order or when it might ship or who I might contact regarding my order. Not so much as a phone number or email address to inquire about my order. I'm getting tired of waiting, as I had already seen the item in stock at a retail apple store a week ago.
Anyone else pre-order it directly from Logitech? Did you get it yet? Or still waiting?
