Here in Newcastle in the UK, they had 5 black 128GB's and 5 white, very happily got a black (space grey) air this morning, loving filling up all the space!

iPad Where did you get your 128GB iPad Air?

I think folks are figuring out that the HD movies, music and photos eat space and they are upsizing from their 32 and 64 GB IPads...
I had to order mine from Apple.com, for delivery Monday. Now they are delivering on Thursday. Demand seems high.
The higher storage options tend to not sell as well.. so they probably didn't make too many.
I went to my local Best Buy. They did not have the 128Gb models but could order them. Got to the local Apple store at 8:20am. They had ropes up for crowd control and two cops out front. But, there was no line. Walked up, sales person took me right back and set me up. This was a wi-fi only.
At 8:10 my order still says "processing: available today". Somehow I don't think that's going to happen. Sigh....
I got mine from the Apple store in San Francisco. I ordered at about 12:30am and received the pick-up email at 10am. When I got to the store, they said I was lucky because that model was the most scarce of them all.
I'm in the UK and I ordered online on Apple's site this morning just after they were put on there for sale and it said ships within 24 hours. Several hours later both the white/silver and black/space grey went to ships in 5-10 business days. Mine was dispatched at around 8:30PM for delivery on Tuesday. Other then Apple only one or two other retailers here actually had them available or were even listing them on their web sites. Either Apple manufactured less of them or they are in higher then normal demand.
I'm on vacation on Maui, so there are few options to buy. Went to the local Radio Shack who said they hadn't received any stock from apple yet and might get a delivery later this afternoon. I gave the lady my number. Also called Walmart (the only other option on Maui) and they hadn't received any either.
I finally gave up and decided to order mine. I was going to order through Apple when I saw posts here for AT&T Next. I wasn't even considering a wifi+cellular device, but the deal seems pretty cool. You pay in installments and can upgrade to a new one after 12 payments or keep it and stop paying after 20 months. It comes out to the same price and there is no interest. I couldn't help it. Of course, since it's AT&T, I had to have it shipped home instead of getting it here. But it'll be waiting for me there!

I got the 'we are ready for you' email at 10:41, more than an hour after the store closed. That's the first time apple has missed a delivery window.
I got my 128 GB Space Grey WiFi model at the Best Buy in the Westfield Mall in Culver City, CA yesterday. We lined up before 8 and only five of us were there when they opened.
Ordered mine for pick up and then found out the over sold but mgr pulled one outta da hat for me. One that they wasn't gonna sell cause box had a dent on the corner. Small dent but not up to apples standards for sale so they was gonna use it for replacement or send back for repackage.

Read some reviews after work yesterday evening. Convinced me to go to Somerset Apple store, Troy Michigan to look at the Air. Was planning to wait for the mini w/retina.
Got there 7 PM picked up current mini, picked up Air and told them, get me a 128gb wi/if black and was walking out by 7:30 PM. Got home, loaded up 5s iTunes backup and away I go.
Bigger screen and form factor made choice a no brainier. Let it download 550 you tube video songs overnight. Never flinched. Started at 90 battery out of box and other than iTunes load from computer, no recharge yet. Now 2:18 PM next day and at 41% battery.
This is definitely a keeper!

Picked mine up yesterday (ordered online, in-store pickup) at Menlo park mall Apple store in NJ. 128GB, silver, verizon.
When I got there, I beleive they still had a few 128GBs in stock, though 64Gb was sold out.
