Where Do I Find The iPhone's Back-Up?

I heard that if you delete the back-up on your computer, then redo it, it will run much faster. So, where do I find the back-up on my computer (BTW I'm on Windows XP).

You could give it a shot, but I'm not so sure that what you've read is accurate.
