Where do you get this iPad Wallpaper?

Here it is! It was the default wallpaper on iOS 9 at launch. You can download it here: http://i-cdn.phonearena.com/images/articles/191335-image/iOS9.png
What I want to know is what happened to those feather themed wallpapers that were available on iOS 9.0, but disappeared from iPads (but not iPhones) with iOS 9.1.
