We have Costa Coffee where I work and although it's cheaper than when we previously had Starbucks it isn't as nice. I think it's more how they make it though as it even tastes different to Costa shops in the city.

My Keurig. If I'm out then I prefer Pete's and if there's no Pete's then Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. Starbucks is las choice as far as coffee houses go but it'll do in a pinch.

Definitely! I like my Keurig machine as well. I get different blends for it, normally through Amazon.

I have never acquired the taste for coffee. I smells wonderful but I just cant stand the taste of it.

Oh, neither can I. That's why I douse mine with cream and sugar. I'm simultaneously disgusted and impressed with people who can drink coffee black.

I usually don't drink coffee at home, and we have a coffee-maker at the office. On the rare occasions I buy coffee, I do tend to go to Starbucks, but only because 1) they have free Wifi and 2) I usually get a mocha.

In Canada ? This is a no brainer.... Tim Horton's.

Not all Canadians like Tim Hortons :) Actually they're very scarce in British Columbia.

When it comes to Coffee or Fraps, Starbucks all the way. But if you're talkin' doughnuts, it's Tim Hortons, hands down.

Another Keurig user, here. I used to go to Starbucks but I acquired a taste for Kona blends, which they do not have, so I make my coffee at home.

Besides, I drink my coffee straight. Most places seem to rely on the fact that most people add cream and sugar, to disguise how nasty their coffee truly is.

I prefer getting whole bean and grinding/brewing myself.

That said, I like Starbucks Sumatra. AND before you jump on me about Starbucks, let me say: You can't beat it with a stick. Dunkin is bitter, MacDonalds is crap, Horton's is thin, blah blah. I like the consistency of Starbucks. I've sampled them all, many times, and it ranges - in the same store - from thin & weak to too strong, bitter or burned. Starbucks is good, I buy it, I know what I'm getting. Even local coffee houses, around meat least, can't make it consistent.

I am addicted to coffee but I too make a mess of it with cream and sugar--so I guess that is why I am not all that particular with what brand I use--but I drink most of mine at home--first think in the morning reading the news. I can drink it black if pushed--and I am pushed occasionally since I found that I can drink black coffee before routine blood work.

I generally stick to starbucks when I can. Been drinking it for years, so I think part of the reason I stick to it is because Im used to it...I do find it to be very flavorful, but I also agree that sometimes it can be mediocre, especially the espresso drinks if made poorly.

I also get my beans from starbucks. Ive tried beans and brewed/espresso coffees from other places, and have found that by and large most non-starbucks coffees are rather bland and make me want to gag.

I love my Keurig. I can still drink Caribou Coffee every morning without being back home in MN. Still waiting for them to expand out here so I can get my fresh fix.

I brew my own and grind it. We have Dunkin whole bean...which is my fave and the wife likes Starbucks breakfast blend. I really cant explain why but Starbucks from a retail location tastes like boiled dead animals. However 9 scoops ground fresh to a fine setting is perfect at home. We have gone through so many coffee makers in the past few years it's hard to say which one we like best. We are now using a Cuisinart (same one they use on Two and Half Men) and it really makes great consistent coffee. Water temperature is key to a great cup..most home drip coffee makers seem to way over heat the water and burn the coffee. This one has a nice 200F water temp for a perfect cup.
