iPad Pro Where do you mostly use your iPad?

From 6:00 AM to 12:00 PM, I use it in various activities, including in bed, carrying in a backpack (only listening to music), waiting for public transportation, using in public transportation, lying flat on a desk, working at a desk in the MBK, connected to a 34-inch monitor, and then returning to my previous usecase in reverse order.

i use my 13” iPad Pro Nano around the house, before I clock in at work, and sometimes when I am out and about. Speaking of the latter, I need to find a good sling bag that can accommodate the 13”.

I use it a lot on trains. It’s great for FaceTime calls or watching videos - the speakers are loud enough to cut through the usual background noise most of the time. I take it to the office where I use it regularly for taking notes, which has more or less replaced papet. If I’m heading to a concert or a museum or other tourist attraction, I’ll often use it to shoot video. I really like having the larger canvas for composing shots. I also use it in bed to watch shows. At weekends it’s great for downtime on the sofa while my wife keeps our two-year-old entertained!

I’m glad to hear from another person who uses the camera on the back of the iPad to take photos or videos. Like you, I really like having the larger canvas to take my pictures too. I’m glad Apple doesn’t listen to the naysayers and remove the back camera from the iPad.

Use mine round the house. On the bed, in bed, in the kitchen, in the lounge, on the toilet, at my desk. Recently got a stand for it so I can have You Tube or other things on whilst working, recently here in the UK the ITV You Tube channel has ben streaming one stop all the episodes of the original Thunderbirds as it is a big birthday this year, and ALL the other shows they made and spin offs.
If I go to my sisters I take my iPad with me also, M4 11” Pro with the Magic Keyboard in white ad silver.

Mine never leaves my work bag. I stay at a bunkhouse for about half my week so it’s used as a laptop replacement/streaming device for that but I honestly never felt the use for it around the house. I have my MacBook Air, my gaming pc and my phone for all other use cases.

If I didn’t travel for work so much, I don’t think I would use one much to be honest.

I use my iPad Mini 7 WiFi all day. Instead of reaching for my iPhone (a 13 mini), I use the iPad. It’s my primary device for all my personal computing, including emails and media consumption. Certainly, I use a work device for, well, work, but my personal computing needs have diminished to the point where I can use iPadOS for almost everything else. There for definitely limitations, but they’re workable, and the iPad offers pen input as well as portability. It might work for everyone and it definitely could be better, but for this old man, it works as my primary device.
