Just curious what you guys think. The ipad is barely four years old.
Where will it be in six years?
either used everywhere or not used at all.
Six years is FOREVER in the tech world. So who knows by then.
Absolutely. Think about where we were six years ago. Did you foresee the iPad as it is now? Apps as popular as they are? Smartphones this prevalent?
No one but apple can guess 2 years into the future so I really dont know depends one peoples wants/needs.
in six years apple will be either gone, or about to go.
after their stock price drops over the years due to underwealming performance and products year after year, they will rush to market more crap to try and please its shareholders.
They will loose credibility and Microsoft will once again regain dominance, the sleeping giant.
Thinner, lighter, better battery life, higher resolution screens, faster processors, more RAM, running OS XII.
You'll have to exit until 2030 for the folding screens, holographic projectors and jet packs...
Worst trolling ever.
Maybe if you had said Google people would believe you were serious.
However tech is waaay too unpredictable and changes way too fast to know what it will be. As someone said before 6 years ago was opposite of what we would have ever imagined for today. Besides people are so dog-gon fickle we may all transition to smart watches and Bluetooth earpieces, and completely drop the cell phone form factor.
In 2020, it'll be called a retina display because it'll be implanted inside your eyeball.
THAT far down the road? Nobody has any idea. Remember, in 2003 at AllThingsD, Steve Jobs was telling Walt Mossberg there was no interest in creating a tablet. 7 Years later, we get the iPad.
Actually, this guy will bring Apple down, what an evil, greedy, manipulating man he is.....
