I sell on Craigslist if I can. No paypal and Ebay fees and no BS with them saying they didnt get the phone.
Just gotta do with normal CL crazies.
I just sold my unlocked 32gb 5 for $350 over the weekend. I think it was a fair price for both parties. Sold within a few hours of posting

I've used buybackworld many times.

Right now they are offering price lock on all iphone sales until Oct 31..even longer than gazelle's. They also purchase all kinds of other electronics, including macbooks, ipads, old ipods, etc in case you have any other those sitting around that you don't want to use as a paperweight anymore.

I never sold my old device but always handed them to my friends or family who need them. Wouldn't it be a cool n good idea?

Mexico, I go every holiday and since the phone usually gets released later over there and much more expensive than here in the US I usually get about $400-500 for my older version, which is quite nice.

I had sold my 3GS, 4, and 4S on eBay. Had great results with the first two, and the last was a total $@#*storm. Two buyers paid and then flaked hours later (in separate sales, obviously) and I decided to hell with it. Sold it on buymytronics and may have ended up with less cash for it, but by that point I was so over the whole experience of selling to an individual that I was OK with a bit less $$. I'll probably do the same thing this time around unless someone I know personally wants to buy it.

I mainly use eBay. Or I sometimes will use photography forums I post on as well.

Sold it to one of those stores that deals with second hand goods.

I can't be bothered dealing with people especially on places like eBay where I will be susceptible to being scammed. It's just not worth the headache for a few extra £.
