where does iTunes store voice memos?

I just converted from PC to Mac and got my iTunes content moved over. I have a question though. If I have voice memos on my iPhone, where does iTunes store those files?

Also, my iTunes movies are under Username:Music:iTunes:iTunes Music:Movies. I would have thought it would be stored under Username:Movies. Is this in the right location?
