Okay, I'm confused. You say Waverley Street, but the photo shows Santa Rita Ave. 😕
Steve Jobs lives on Waverly Street? that's so funny... I have a really good friend that lives on that street... she's always talking about neighborhood block parties... wonder if Steve shows up? 😛
Bill Gates pays $1 million in taxes for the house every year, it's that big. "Large house" is a little bit of under-estimation.
Steve Jobs owns the Jackling House. He wants to tear it down so he can build a modern, small house, but nut cases are preventing it. Steve Jobs lives in a decent sized house, not a compound.
Bill Gates "house"
I'm intrigued.
I looked-up Bill Gates' house on Google Earth expecting to see a massive mansion in an expanse of green fields, forests and lakes. But no. It looks like a large house on an estate! Not what I'd choose if I had billions in the bank.
The more burning question is actually: "What does Steve Jobs' refrigerator contain?" 😀
He keeps his old pancreas in it. He calls it Mr. Blinky, according to internet rumor, he dresses it up with Mr. Potato Head items on special occasions.
(good friend of the family)
Somehow I don't think he would want you posting about his house if you were? Just my inferences on his personality regarding publicity.
Well, the posted photo was a screenshot from Google Maps... And his home address is easily found online, so it's really not much of a secret. It also appears he has appropriate personal security measures in place, so I doubt it's a particular concern. His biggest personal security concern is probably the risk of encountering road rage on California's notoriously clogged freeways during rush hour. 😀
My point was more directed at the "secretness"
