When ordering it from Apple.com. Around how long would it take to arrive in New York City?

If it's built to order, it ships from China. When going through the order process the site will tell you how long to expect depending on if there are any back orders/delays.

just got mine today (Friday)... ordered it on Saturday and it shipped from Shanghai

CTO will ship from Shanghai. Base MBP will ship from different warehouses depending on where you live. For NY, it probably ships from Jonestown, PA. Im from IL, so mine was shipped from Millington, TN.

Didnt it tell you on the site how long it takes? If not it should be on your bill, or you could always track the order I guess.

I live in West Virginia and mine shipped from Shanghai, China. Mine is the 2.66 15" model with the base hard drive.
