Where does WineBottler save files?

Hello,
I use WineBottler to run some PC programs (Pl@ntNote and Diva), programs are running perfectly. But the problem is that I don't find the file where all my work is been register. I search in every document in the "Wine File", and also make a research with the names of files, and anything 😕... Does anyone knows the secret place of stock of WineBottler???
