Where has Auto Fill gone to?

Anyone know if this is another daft bug in iOS 8?

I have my settings on and linked to my name in contacts but still no option of Auto Fill when filling in required info on websites

I have found that if I select the user/password field I get the keyboard with the autofill option available. I suspect that it no longer fills in the fields without user intervention for security reasons.
