Where has #images iMessage app gone?

Where has the stock #images iMessage app gone?

It's totally disappeared from my phone.

Have Apple removed it?

No. it was on my phone and my mates phones for several days after installing iOS 10. I've even used it. Now it's gone.

It was defiantly on my iPhone 6S plus but it's not on my iPhone 7 plus.

Strange. Mine has gone on my iPhone 7+ but it is still on my iPad running iOS 10

For some reason, the app has just magically returned. Very strange
