Where I can find Apple remote helper?

Hi,
It seams that every link for this app is broken, anybody knows where i can
download it? Alternatively could be vlc profile for iRed lite which I cannot find either. I'd like to use applke remote with vlc.

itunes problem

one more thing I have problem with, looks like play/pause button always brings up iTunes regardless if it's on or not and even I have removed play\pause action from global profile. I watch vlc and press play iTunes comes up... 🙁
