I bought yesterday MacBook Pro 13 M1 but I can't find ichat app how to find it ?

It's been called "Messages" for several years now, same as on iPhone/iPad.

FaceTime has always been separate from the iChat and Messages app.

iChat was replaced by Messages for chat and FaceTime for video calling, was my point
