You can't. You have to do it on your Mac/PC. Either email it to yourself or sync it to iPhoto, and then you can upload it to the thread.

Just east of Riverside, CA. Believe me, I don't think I've ever had 4 bars of 3G at my house, this is probably the first time. 😀 The rest of the town has pretty good 3G coverage, so I usually only turn on 3G when I go out.
