    Hi Guys,

Having a bit of a problem trying to track down why my iPhone is showing as much usage as it is. At the moment, for today, it's showing 4 hours 41 minutes usage, 10 hours 32 minutes standby, and 59% battery.

What's confusing me, is that there is no way in hell that I've had that much usage on the phone today.

I've only done around 15 minutes browsing, made 1 call around 1 minute, and another call around 7 minutes. The phone has been fetching email every hour, and I haven't received any messages and have only checked the time twice.

I have my phone set to show notifications for Messages, FaceTime, Email, Calendar, Reminders and receive push notifications for Paypal, Tweetbot, Apple's 12 days app, Dropbox and Betfair (and I haven't received a SINGLE push notification all day.

I also have push enabled for iCloud, but have not made any changes to anything on iCloud today, so will not have received any push updates.

Background App refresh is turned off, and I always leave Safari, Phone, Mail and Messages open in the app switcher, but this should not have an effect on usage as they're effectively paused in the background.

Does anyone know why I would have so much usages on the statistics, as I can only see my usage adding up to maybe 1 and a half hours maximum, yet the phone says I have 4 hours?

I've noticed because recently my battery life has been shorter, and I suspect this is due to all the usage the phone is amassing.

    Any help appreciated.
