Where is com.apple.mail.plist ?

So it looks like com.apple.mail.plist is MIA in Monterey.

Is there a simple method for moving email accounts from an old macOS version to Monterey?

I am not using iCloud.

Thanks for the suggestion but isn’t that just for the individual mailboxes and not the accounts?
