Can you post a picture?

El chupacabra cannot be photographed.
El chupacabra is the drawing in my 'tar that isn't Barry Manilow.

Barry Manilow is not el chupacabra.

Sorry. that was another simpsons reference.

He's not like anybody I've ever met. He's like a riddle wrapped in an enigma wrapped in a vest. He sure is ugly, though.
:D

I just realized this, but Lacero registered on January 20, 2005, and left that same day a year later.

Strange......

Duff-Man says....CanadaRAM gave me a heads up on this today. Yeah, I've been distracted with a few other things lately and lost track of the goings on around here. Very busy indeed. But I'll be around a little bit and occasionally posting. I'm trying to plan a european excursion for September and getting coordinated with the people I want to see, the places I want to go, and the concerts I want to see is proving to be a very difficult task - damn work is busy too....oh yeah!

Damn, I hate it when work gets in the way of the important stuff! ;)

Give us a rundown of your itinerary when you have it nailed, so we can live the dream vicariously from in front of our computers back here in Dullsville....

:D

Duff-Man says...So far I have a firm commitment to be in Den Haag for sept 18 and ideally I'd like to be there a few days to hang out with my friend there especially as another friend is making the trip from Coventry to join us - we've got tickets to see Nick Cave. I am trying to arrange with my friend in Switzerland for a few days there too. I had hoped to see a friend in Moscow as well but her work has her away from mid-august until almost the end of october. I've had messages from people in Milan, Copenhagen, Oslo, Paris, London etc etc so the possibilities are almost too much to grasp...I may have to keep it simple and pick just 2 or 3 spots but it depends on how long I can get away for.....oh yeah!

Duff-Man says...why is Vienna special to you? It is actually somewhere I would like to go as well someday - I'm not sure I know anyone there (but I might)...Salzburg too. And Berlin is high on my list as well, especially since a friend is going there in august so it is on my mind right now....oh yeah!

Vienna is special because I went there over spring break with my symphony. We stopped by Salzburg, too :p

It's such a beautiful city and so full of historic places and has SUCH good eateries. :)

Also, the Vienna Natural History Museum, IS SO COOL!! I saw some pics on flickr, wanted to go, but never quite had time. Supposed to be really creepy. :) :D

Vienna is indeed awesome, I loved it there! The climate, culture, people, history, museums, food, everything! I'd definitely go back, however there are so many other places on my list that I haven't been yet, I simply can't justify "repeats" quite yet... ;)

Duff-Man says...wow...we never had any trips *that* good when I went to school! When I heard that Nick Cave was playing Vienna it moved way up my list, but then it turns out it is not until the middle of november so it put a damper on that idea. Living on the west coast, I am not a big fan of 'winter' heheh...nor very hot humid summers either.

I really lucked out a few years ago. I was in Hamburg and found that the Gallery had a wonderful Andy Warhol exhibit...really enjoyed that...and that's another city I would like to see more of too - I was only there a day and a half....oh yeah!

Woo!

Anyone in touch with Lacero? He/She was cool...

Yes. He had to go into the witness protection program. His new protected persona frequents the www.dellrumors.com forums since the international drug cartels that are after him know he liked to visit this site last year. I can't tell you his screen name, but if you look for the avatar that features the other tatu girl, you will find him. I mean her. You know what I mean...

So that is where Lacero went. ;) :D
