I'm having the same issue as everyone else. My itunes account is in the us, I'm in the us, and I've tried rebooting my phone. The buttons on the bottom of my music app from left to right are playlist, artists, songs, albums, more. When I click on more the only options are genres, compilations and composers. This is frustrating. :/

Make sure you guys have good network connectivity. The iTunes radio option dissapers when not connected to a network.

Well mine also disappeared, but when I was listening to a song, I just added it to a station, and then the radio tab appeared again!

Notes:

Radio is not a permanent tab like the other music tabs, it only shows when it is available, will disappear when it is not.

It might not be available if: A) you are in a dead cell data zone, and it's switching songs. (Maybe also if data connection is not 3G or better). B) wifi only idevice? Have to be connected to wifi. C) It can also disappear if there is a server issue (happened a couple times w/beta). D) If you sign out of your Apple ID/iTunes account.

Instead of rebooting your idevice, you could close the app by going to the multitasker and swipe it up and away. Then make sure you have wifi or cell data flow, open Music app again and it should appear.

THAT WORKED! Wonder why???

Maybe also let him know that it is not available in Canada, that could be one possibility. Not everyone is from the U.S

I dont have it on mine either because Im from Canada.

Licensing issues might prevent a launch outside of the US in the mean time at least.

WiFi

I noticed my itunes radio also just disappeared. It came back after I reset my phone but i did not realize that I also changed the other vary important variable...where I was.

I found in the settings under itunes and app store that "Use Cellular Data" was off for itunes match, itunes radio, and auto downloads.

That means it works in wifi but not otherwise. Change this setting if you wish to have it all the time. I think this was a move by apple to not be liable for additional charges.

Hope this solves a few of the problems.
