I thought ios4 was supposed to have that feature. I just realized now that it's not on mine. There are no icons at the bottom of the photo app. Dis they leave this feature out or do I have to activate it somehow.
 
You've got to have at least one photo with geolocation (GPS) data for Places to show and have used iPhoto and have some Faces folders for Faces to show.
 
i know the picasa software has facial recognition. i wonder if it would work and help group pictures by faces on the iphone.
 
I thought Places was default when taking any photo?

It is with me anyway. Shows up in the photos app, next to Albums

Not sure about Faces though
 
Well my Mac isn't working, so haven't plugged it into a computer let alone iPhoto. Is that the reason?
