Schiller introduced a lot of new hardware at the previous iPhone/Watch event. Good to see some of the other Apple folks getting a turn at this.

It seems pretty obvious that Apple (under Tim) focuses more on the team than the one. Steve was great on stage; Tim obviously has less presence than him (though today he seemed legitimately excited... for Tim). But Tim seems to like putting various members of the team out there. I think it's a good thing since it is the team that does the work and not a single person.

I preferred when it was Steve Jobs doing 90% of the Event. Most of these people are not very good speakers/too nervous/act too fake.

But how will people grow and develop if they're not given opportunity?

I feel it's the CEO's job represent them, the products, and to put up a good show for them. Keynotes used to be real fun to watch because Jobs was just so good at them. Now with it changing people every 5 minutes and most of them literally just reading off a teleprompter and messing up doesn't make the events enjoyable anymore.
