'Where is System Events' message

I was asked this in a little window after Migration assistant was done, did some searching on my computer and online with no mention of what/where this is.

The window is showing me a list of options:

Any advise would be great....

Found this at Apple Discussions. There are some suggestions on how to troubleshoot the problem.

It might be as simple as using that dialog to select the System Events app. I believe that discussion has the path.
