Where is the activity app on iPhone?

I was under the impression it appeared as soon as you paired a watch but there's no sign of it on my phone. Am I doing something wrong?

You need to open the Activity App on the Watch and run through the setup process.

I've done that, and it's tracking my activity ok. No sign of it on the phone.
