Where is the case that adds the headphone jack back?

It seems like it would be easy enough to design a case that breaks out the lightning port and headphone jack.

While a phone withput a DAC and standard analog audio output is totally worthless to me, and I will never carry around a dongle... this seems like an easy and obvious solution.

    Where are they?

If such a case were to be made, I would venture a guess and say that it will be a few months after the iPhone is released before it hits the market. Such a case most likely would feature a lightning connector that plugs into the iPhone and a micro usb port for charging and data passthrough.

I'll be happy with a case that has a cut out to house the official adapter. I'll need to carry that thing around with me at all times for work, and I'll end up losing it if it isn't attached to something.
