Where is the iCloud Drive?

Same question here ... I have an option for iCloud Drive in my settings but when i select STORAGE > MANAGE STORAGE > and then try to view my files, it says "encrypted file"

I can't open anything that's sitting on iCloud Drive

I hate Yosemite Public Beta and obviously iOS 8

iCloud Drive shows up in Finder along the left hand side

But how do i view the files on my phone? When i go to iCloud.com on my phone it keeps showing directing me to a iPhone welcome screen and giving me instructions on how to set up iCloud Drive - which I've already done.

You don't, at least until another app is released. Apple really made a crap implementation for this. There's no way to browse the files on your phone. You can, however, browse the pages/numbers/etc files in their respective apps. So, basically the same thing you could do yesterday on iOS7.

Dropbox is definitely keeping my business for now, it seems.

Yeah pictures on Apple's site give hints of an app coming for iCloud drive
