Where is the "Optimise For" tab in Sonoma?

Trying to use Sidecar on my iPad, and I note from online research that under settings (previously System Prefs) there apparently was a tab Optimise For, when it came to using an iPad as a second screen.

I can find no such option under System Settings in Sonoma when mirroring to the iPad from the Mac mini.

I have a hunch I may have inadvertently used it previously but I have no idea how I did it tbh?!

Can anyone help here please?

I use Librewolf. Safari is not my thing, sorry.
