Where is the playlist playground ?

Updated to iOS 26.4 yesterday.
I did it while I was on mobile data.
Didn’t find playlist playground in music app.
Was thinking may be some Apple Intelligence stuff needs to be downloaded while I am in wifi. Phone on charger and connected to wifi whole night. Still I don’t find playlist playground.
Deleted the music app and downloaded it again. Still nothing

I believe it’s a U.S. only feature. I don’t have an Apple Intelligence phone and my phone still has playlist playground.
