Where is the speaker?

Title says it all..I don't see any speaker holes..? also, any info on the "loudness" of the watch speaker? Can it be used as an alarm clock? Is there a built in timer app? I think actual watch functionality is being overlooked. I know I can use the watch to board an American Airlines flight... but is there a basic chronograph feature?
