Where is the video recorder in 4.0, 3GS

I have a 3GS, and in the camera app on 4.0 I only have the camera take icon, where is the switch to change it to video player, argh.
EDIT: It looks like it wont show up while im on a call. Is that a bug.

for me on the beta the video/still camera slide doesn't always show up.

You cannot record video while on a call with any OS on the 3GS because while you are on the call the microphone is already in use and therefore video recording is deactivated all together.

Hopefully they can add it and maybe just be able to record a video without sound.
