where is usage page?

When I got the 3G ipad I could go in and see what I've used. Now it is not there - what did I miss?

I knew that - that is the resettable one - there used to be one on what is used on the monthly plan under 3G account settings that is not there now.

i used to check my 3G usage from here: Settings > General > Usage
but now this "Usage" option is gone missing...

anyone one may offer help?
