Hi! Having problems this evening downloading apps from the App store. I have 2 devices with the same Apple ID. They can connect to the store, but when it comes to downloading even a small app, it just sits waiting or stuck and not loading. I tried another device with a different Apple ID, same problem. I tried using the iPhones' cellular data, as a way of troubleshooting our wifi connection and ISP. Same problem. I can manage to access iCloud to at least see storage info on iPhones. I am currently trying to use iTunes to see my account. It is almost nonfunctional--takes several minutes to navigate from one screen to another.
I can update apps that are already on my devices.
