Where should I buy a SIM for a used AT&T usb modem?

Yeah title says it all, looking to use it with a broadband2go plan.
Also needs to be micro SIM

eBay?
 
You get the sim from the service provider. I lived on a boat and used att&t for over four years, at the time it was unlimited for $60 a month.
