tbh Game, HMV etc are so overpriced I haven't bought games from there in years. I only use play.com or amazon now....
If he wants second hand games there are stores on Rathbone Place (just north of the Soho end of Oxford St) and a bit further up there's a good one on Goodge St. They do sometimes have new games in there too, so worth a look.
